NOS8009 CAN Bus Interface

NOS8009 is an integrated CAN controller and transceiver that meets the automotive requirements for high-speed CAN up to 1 Mb/s. The device implements the CAN2.0B (ISO11898-1) standard and provides ESD protection up to 23kV (IEC61000-4-2, level 4).
