Order Processing Time

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within one business day, although limitations and exclusions exist.

Orders are shipped to you from our network of regional warehouses and may vary in location based on the nature of the product, stock availability, or logistical reasons.

During peak sales periods or periods when we experience an influx of orders the processing time may be delayed by a few days. Public holidays, local holidays, or religious holidays may add to order processing, shipment, and transit times.

If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you.

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping charges and delivery times are presented to you at the time of checkout. Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Wherever possible we ship items to you from our regional warehouse closest to your location. The selection of the warehouse is based on stock location, availability, and other factors relating to your order.

All orders are shipped by carriers that provide a tracking number. When thus information becomes available it will be provided to you for tracking.

Customs Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and local charges in relation to your shipment.

If required under the law we will also charge the applicable taxes, including withholding tax, sales tax, or value-added tax, that shall be paid by you.

Damaged or Lost Shipment

We make every effort to ensure that your order is packed securely and shipped safely in line with carrier policies. However, we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost due to shipping.

If your items are damaged on receipt or your order is lost please file a complaint with the shipping carrier using the tracking information available to you and in line with their policies.
