Returning A Product

Our policy is 30 day money-back guarantee on your purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • The Product is new, unused and unopened; and
  • The Product is presented in its original packaging, and has all applicable seals and tags intact; and
  • The Product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the receipt; and
  • The Product is returned based on a Return Authorization received from us; and
  • The Product is returned to us in accordance with our instructions.

Used and opened Products may be accepted for return if:

  • We have determined the item to be defective due to manufacturing error; or
  • We have determined the incorrect item was supplied.

Items We Can Not Accept

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable Products
  • Products that may pose a health risk once used (e.g. products that may come in direct contact with a person or persons)

Other Exclusions

If you return a Product to us

  1. without our Return Authorization; or
  2. without all parts and accessories originally included in the purchase; or
  3. physically broken or damaged; or
  4. after 30 days from the date of purchase

we retain the right to refuse acceptance of the Product for return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. 

How To Return Your Product

After submission of a ticket in our Support Center an agent will work with you to return the item to us and provide you with the information required to package and ship the item to us.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected our agent will work with you to return the item to you.

If the refund is approved we will process the refund to your original method of payment and will advise you through email of our actions. Typically these will appear on your statement within 7 – 10 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

When a refund is issued we will provide an email notice to you. At this point, the control and timeline are outside our jurisdiction.

Please contact your payment institution to track the refund as timelines vary greatly between banks and payment methods. 

Shipping

Once your return or exchange has been authorized, you can return the Product to us observing the instructions provided to you.
 
Please note that:
 
  • you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and you assume the risk of loss or damage while in transit; and
  • shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and unless already paid by you, the cost of the return shipping shall be deducted from your final amount; and
  • due to geographic location, transport carrier operations, and other influences outside our control, it may take time for Products to be returned or exchanged.

If returning items to us you should consider using a trackable service that offers insurance as we are not responsible for the loss or delay of the item.

Warranty Returns

Subject to the terms of this policy for a period not extended more than 12 months from the date of delivery of the Product our limited warranty covers the exchange or refund of any product deemed defective by us.
 
Should your item be defective we will, upon your reasonable request and choice, repair, replace or refund the Product at no additional cost to you.
